1. Do you accept both dogs and cats for grooming?
   At this time, we provide grooming services exclusively for dogs.
   We do not offer cat grooming at the moment, but it’s something we may explore in the future. Please follow us for any announcements.
    

2. How long does a grooming appointment typically take?
   For small breed dogs, appointments usually take 2-3 hours, and for larger breeds, it can take 3-4 hours.
    

3. Can I watch my dog being groomed? 
   Yes, we have a full glass window so you can see everything 
    

4. When should I pick up my pet after the grooming session?
   We kindly ask that you pick up your pet within 30 minutes to an hour after grooming is completed. We’ll give you a call 20-30 minutes before the pickup time to let you know they’re ready.
    

5. Are there any grooming requests that you cannot accommodate?
   We reserve the right to decline certain grooming requests if they are not in the best interest of your pet’s well-being or if they pose challenges for our staff. For example, requests involving excessive de-matting may not be possible to accommodate.
    

6. How do I book an appointment as a new client?
   New clients can book appointments through by phone, or via Instagram DM. Simply choose a service and follow the steps, or contact us directly for assistance with scheduling.
